Watch the Trailer for Netflix’s Okja Starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Tilda Swinton

2017 is already shaping up to be an exciting year for Netflix, what with its current and upcoming line-up and the A-list names that are attached to them (hi, Drew!). While the online streaming service is primarily known for their TV shows, they also pump out a slew of incredible Original Movies. The latest film on our radar? Okja.

Written and directed by award-winning South Korean director, Boon Joon-ho, Okja follows a young girl (played by newcomer Ahn Seo-hyun) on a quest to save her friend, a mysterious animal named Okja. The movie also features a top-notch cast: Tilda Swinton, Lily Collins and Paul Dano. While the trailer has been out for a couple of months (and prominently features Swinton), we finally get the first look at another A-list cast member, Jake Gyllenhaal.

Although Okja technically drops June 28, 2017, the Netflix Original will be making its world premiere at the 70th annual Cannes Film Festival. Check out the official trailer before, and if you haven’t already jumped on the Netflix bandwagon then what are you waiting for?!
