If you’ve been eyeing a new suitcase for that Euro Summer trip you have coming up, we have good news. Rimowa just announced the opening of its newest Canadian storefront. In addition to their Bloor Street location, the brand now has a boutique in the Yorkdale Shopping Centre’s luxury wing.

Step into a world of elevated minimalism inside the sleek store interior.

Granite pillars, recycled French oak and bespoke decor set the scene for a lavish shopping experience. Lining the shelves, you’ll find all of Rimowa’s core luggage designs (as well as its latest seasonal collections!) against a backdrop of pristine white walls and wooden panelling.

Rimowa is famed for its commitment to quality and craftsmanship—it’s no wonder they’ve been around for over a century. Now part of conglomerate LVMH, the brand has rightfully earned their spot in the luxury category.

Beyond the brand’s chic, time-testing carriers, they pride themselves on their excellent customer service and strong client relationships. To highlight this, they even introduced a lifetime guarantee for their products in 2022.

Best of all? Tucked in the back of the new boutique is a dedicated client care lounge. Perfect for a moment of respite away from the chaos of the mall, the space offers on-the-spot repairs and complimentary personalization. You can sink into their plush couches, reassured that the customer service team has your (and your luggage’s) back.

If that doesn’t make you want to see the splendour for yourself (and maybe book another vacay?), we don’t know what will.
