The much-anticipated launch of Target in Canada has been further finalized! Today, the retail giant announced the locations of the first 24 stores to come north. Scattered throughout Ontario, the list includes four much-needed locations in Toronto and seven across the GTA—all locations have tentative plans to open in March and April 2013.
We’re super excited (can you tell!?) but we’re trying not to scream with annoyance at the unfortunate timing of Jason Wu’s Target collection, launching next month. Hopefully, this will be the last time we have cross-border shopping envy. (Can we request that all other designers wait until next year to release a collaboration?)
Mark your calendars, and have a couple store locations in mind to visit on opening day: we’re predicting it’ll be a shelf clearer.
