The sixth chapter of Gucci Changemakers has arrived

Gucci is continuing to build on its philanthropic legacy with the sixth chapter of its Changemakers North America initiative, which recently launched with a celebratory short film directed by Anthony Prince Leslie.

Aptly titled “Manifesting Visions of Tomorrow,” this latest iteration will award financial support to individuals and organizations working towards a positive future in arts and culture. The multi-faceted endeavour includes the Impact Fund, Scholarship Program, and Creative Fellowship, which support talented students and non-profits across the U.S. and Canada.

A brand that can give high fashion and give back? Now that’s something we can get behind.

Upgrade your sneaker collection this year with Balenciaga’s latest high-fashion footwear release — the Monday shoe.

A streamlined version of the classic running shoe, the new sneaker merges familiar athletic design elements with the House’s signature abstract aesthetic. Made entirely of leather and featuring intentional distressing that evokes a familiar, worn-in feel, the shoe promises both comfort and ease of wear.

Further playing on their lived-in charm, the shoes are also designed to look well-loved with exposed stitching, raw edges and the brand’s DIY-inspired 3B Sports Icon logo. But if you prefer your footwear to look brand-new as long as possible, don’t worry — the brand is offering versions of the shoes in both worn-out and pristine conditions.

Gracie Abrams joins the Chanel family

You may know her as the voice behind some of TikTok’s most viral songs, or perhaps you recognize her as the opening act of Taylor Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour, but Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams has just added another title to her already-impressive resume — Chanel House Ambassador.

Abrams is no stranger to Chanel, though, having recently worn the brand to both the Grammys and Met Gala. However, for her first official duty as a Chanel girlie, the “That’s So True” singer showcased the brand’s Spring 2025 pre-collection with a casual yet chic campaign creatively directed by acclaimed filmmaker Sofia Coppola. Iconic Chanel design elements like tweed, pearls and layered chains are paired with baggy jeans, baseball caps and bermuda shorts for a boyish edge that mirrors some of Coppola’s most iconic characters, while Abrams’ effortless elegance and carefree demeanour perfectly encapsulates the spirit of classic Chanel.

To paraphrase Ms. Abrams herself, we love it, and we’re not sorry.
