This year's collab marks nine years of the Canadian brands working together

In the words of just about every single Game of Thrones character ever: winter is coming. And as such, we are preparing our wardrobes for when the weather inevitably dips below zero. Doing so has just been made infinitely easier thanks to the announcement that Canada Goose has teamed up with Drake’s OVO (October’s Very Own) on a limited edition capsule collection for the ninth year running.

This time around, OVO has reimagined two of the legendary outerwear brand’s heritage jackets to bring the OVO Chilliwack Bomber for women and the OVO Constable Parka for men to the market next month (on November 1 to be exact).

According to a release, the women’s bomber (which retails for CAD$995) is finished in a relaxed fit with five exterior pockets and a two-way, adjustable down-filled tunnel hood, whilst the men’s style ($1,095) is cut for a mid-length fit with side zippers for ventilation and a waist drawcord for warmth. Both jackets are available in either black or a sunset orange with high visibility detailing on the pockets, as well as the OVO owl logo on the chest and the brand’s written logo on the drop panel at the back.

The collaboration is the second major team-up announced by Canada Goose is as many weeks. Earlier this month the brand revealed it had paired up with buzzy Korean designer Juun.J on a limited edition, five-piece capsule collection also.
