The Minimal Music Merch Only Torontonians Will Understand
Red Bull gives you wings—but they also make you dance. The energy drink brand and international culture curator is bringing their world-travelling ‘Days In’ event to Toronto for the first time (ever!) this weekened. The three-day Red Bull Sound Select takeover features a lineup of the city’s favourite local artists: Tory Lanez, Majid Jordan, BADBADNOTGOOD and Charlotte Day Wilson are among those who will perform at three legendary Toronto venues.
In anticipation of the shows, Red Bull Sound Select tapped our favourite white tee maker, KOTN, to make limited-edition merch for the event. The Toronto-based luxury basics brand came up with a concept that’s city-specific, speaking to Toronto by referencing imagery that only people from here would recognize. (Hint: it’s music institution Sam the Record Man and landmark discount shop Honest Eds. RIP to both ? .)
The T-shirts will be available for $10 at each of Red Bull’s 3 Days in Toronto shows, as well as at KOTN’s Queen West shop. For the full look, there’s also a cozy tracksuit available for purchase. Catch me on the dance floor this weekend wearing mine.
