Whether you’re looking to keep the summer vibes going with a light floral scent or transition your perfume profile to a woodier fragrance, here are five new fragrance launches hitting shelves in September:
Chanel Coco Mademoiselle L’Eau Privée
What you need to know: This month, Chanel is launching a softer version of its signature fragrance, Coco Mademoiselle. The new iteration features notes of citrus, jasmine absolute, rose and patchouli to deliver a light evening scent that is best paired with a negligée. The frosted orangey-pink bottle with gold lettering is an elegant addition to any nightstand, too.

Where to get it: Available now at all Chanel beauty counters and at chanel.com.
Gucci Bloom Profumo di Fiori
What you need to know: Master Perfumer Alberto Morillas has created another new scent to join the Gucci Bloom family. Gucci Bloom Profumo di Fiori uses a range of floral notes including Tuberose essence, jasmine sambac closed buds and jasmine sambac absolute, as well as ylang ylang, sandalwood and sun drenched woody notes. The result is a scent that is “like a spell,” says creative director Alessandro Michele.

What you need to know: Sad about summer ending? The new fragrance from Bastide – which was made in Grasse – will make sure the feeling lives on long past the warm days. With top notes of frozen lime, French lavender and sea salt, middle notes of clary sage, cypress and rosemary, and base notes of tonka bean and white birch, the brand says it’s “an intense and crisp scent.”
Price: $165 for 100ml.

Containing notes of grapefruit accord, Damascena rose oil from Bulgaria, French sage oil, and Centifolia rose absolute from Grasse, Francis Kurkdijan says the scent is his “free interpretation of a rose for men.”
