Queer Eye star Jonathan Van Ness – or JVN, if you will – has bid farewell to his luscious, long hair this week, opting for the ultimate post-quarantine haircut in the form of a chic, shoulder-grazing lob.

Taking to Instagram to share the new look, JVN revealed that the cut was the work of hairstylist Sherene from Arté Salon. Casually tucking one side behind his ear, the Netflix star looked positively smitten with his new ‘do – and honestly, we can’t blame him. Those beachy waves, that practical-as-heck cut – there’s nothing not to love about the look. (His co-star and former FASHION cover star Antoni Porowski also recently debuted a new look, taking it even further by sporting a buzz cut for the summer months).

The lob has long been a favourite for celebrities with plenty of major stars lopping off some length in the past year to achieve the effortless look. If you’re feeling inspired by JVN, here’s a few more stars to add to your Pinterest board (and to show your hairdresser at your next appointment):

Olivia Culpo

Khloe Kardashian

Dua Lipa

Jason Momoa

Mandy Moore

Chrissy Teigen

Margot Robbie

Laura Harrier

Hailey Bieber

Selena Gomez

Jared Leto

Olivia Palermo

Emily Ratajkowski
