How lucky then that Greta Constantine, Shinan Govani and a handful of other Toronto cultural movers are hosting just such an event at the Burroughes Building on New Year’s Eve. The Top of The Burroughes New Year’s Eve Party is being thrown in the spirit of Truman Capote’s legendary 1966 Black and White Ball, where the writer’s famous friends arrived at New York’s Plaza Hotel with their faces hidden behind masks. All you need to do is show up looking fabulous and everything else (mask included) will be provided.
