With the September crazies beginning tomorrow both at home and abroad, we could use a few pointers about getting through the Toronto International Film Festival and New York Fashion Week alive. Look no further than Lainey Lui, the multitasking blogger and television host who manages both Laineygossip.com, reporting duties on eTalk and her weekday stint on CTV’s The Social with, from the looks of it, effortless ease. At least part of it can be attributed to a smallish Chloé saddle bag stuffed to the brim with balls-out essentials like e-cigarettes, long-lasting lipsticks and tampons. The rest must be magic.

It goes with my jeans and it even goes with my sweatpants. Especially for TIFF, I have to cover a gala and then go to a party after so I’m pretty dressed up and it can go with me there.”
