This week I want give out a little link love to my fellow fashion bloggers in Vancouver.  This city really has a great little community of fashion bloggers that I am proud to be a part of. The camaraderie between everyone is very commendable, and it’s clear that everyone shares a common goal: to highlight the best of Vancouver.

In the men’s fashion blog category, where I spend most of my surf time, no one can touch what Ryan Willms is doing over at H(Y)R Collective (hyrcollective.com). Aside from his online zine, his “On the Daily” blog is great for clothing and accessories reviews and shop news. Also making a valiant effort in the same category is The Sunday Best (thesundaybest.org), where Thomas Wong blogs his favourite internet fashion finds.

Despite her moniker, everyone should know about Erica Lam, who is the mastermind behind The Style Spy (thestylespy.com). She and her crew of spy girls get interviews with local fashionistas and visiting celebrities. Lam has also been known to throw a good party or two, and uses her blog as a medium to announce the next fashion show or sweepstakes she’s got planned.

Meanwhile, The Conveyor Belt (theconveyorbelt.com) and Style Finds (stylefinds.blogspot.com) are the places to visit for updates on shopping events and blowout sales going on in the city. Terri Potratz (The Conveyor Belt) and Shallom Johnson (Style Finds) also teamed up in February to provide incredible minute-to-minute coverage of New York Fashion Week, with photography by Kris Krug (staticphotography.com), our city’s fashion show snapper extraordinaire.

Meanwhile, if a dose of colourful commentary is what you crave, than you can always get a good sound bite from Victoria Potter at DemiCouture (demicouture.ca). She’ll tell you exactly which new trend is fashion forward and which is a complete faux pas.

And my honourable mentions will of course go to Sunny Shum at Partly Sunny (partlysunny.ca), upon which the sun in fact always shines, and Vanessa Choot, editor of Modern Mix Vancouver (modernmixvancouver.com), whose additional restaurant and nightlife reviews will help you decide where to wear your threads.

I surely haven’t covered them all, so please comment any other favourite Vancouver fashion blogs I may have missed.
