Toronto Fashion Week: Andy Thê-Anh’s darker take on tango

Last night, a big crowd came out to support Montreal designer Andy Thê-Anh--the front row was filled with all the clients who will pick up pieces from his tango-inspired fall collection at one of Thê-Anh’s two Toronto boutiques.
