Lovely in…bright hued hosiery.
Spotted: Queen and Jarvis, Toronto.
Wearing: H&M tights, Joe Fresh dress, Zara flats, and Marc Jacobs bracelet.
Why: Bright tights were shown all over the F/W ’08 runways – so, here’s to this lovely for being one gorgeous, gammed step ahead of the fashion crowd.
