TIFF 2013: Olivia Wilde, Chris Hemsworth and a surprise appearance by Liam Hemsworth on the Rush red carpet

Are we seeing triple or was that the entire Hemsworth family on the Rush red carpet last night at TIFF? Star Chris Hemsworth was joined by his actor brothers Luke Hemsworth and Miley’s on-again-off-again fiancé Liam Hemsworth (whose scruffy beard has us thoroughly divided). While Chris wore a three-piece Gucci checked suit and deep burgundy tie, his brothers took care not to show him up in simpler grey looks. Also present, was the Rush star’s wife Elsa Pataky who was looking super haute in a white embellished Elie Saab Fall 2013 gown.
Continuing with family ties, Ron Howard brought wife/high-school sweetheart Cheryl (also a ginger!). The two looked totally in love, smiling for the camera with the director in a blue suit and patterned tie. Olivia Wilde brought her fiancé Jason Sudeikis, but all anyone could stare at was her Rouland Mouret Resort 2014 reverse-halter-neck black cocktail dress (and breathe!). Perfectly simple paired with her flowing ombre curls and easy accessories.
But our absolute favourite look of the carpet was co-star Daniel Brühl. Look at the deep purple of his Dolce and Gabbana suit. Look at his beautiful wine-coloured dress shoes. Brühl also brought his wife (cue the sound of hearts breaking all over the world), Felicitas Rombold, who wore a shirred magenta silk dress. The two were slightly prom-y match-y but when you look that good, who’s to say no?
