The spring runways offered plenty of blousy bloomer shorts, though the results could be a bit diaper-ish. These silk bloomers ($35, asos.com) have a more tailored fit and an interesting scalloped waistband. Stretch the look into the fall by throwing on tights and a tux jacket.
