After I spotted this bracelet on the wrist of a fashion-editor friend at LG Fashion Week, I had to find out which vintage shop she scoured to find it. Turns out she bought it at fast fashion chain Forever 21 ($17.80, forever21.com)! Sparkly, stylish and a total steal.
