Have you browsed the Bay’s shoe department lately? Among the great finds by Sam Edelman, Botkier and Rachel Rachel Roy, I recently spied a table full of gorgeous, great quality leather ballet flats by hitherto unremarkable house brand Expression that fare very well compared to premium versions that go for $150 and up.
