Tonight, we’ll give out our fourth batch of trophies at the Toronto Fashion Week Awards, celebrating the best of what went on inside the tents during the Fall 2016 season. To celebrate the best outside the tents, I chose my personal top 10 street style looks of the week. After all, what better way to look back at a week in high style and decipher the highest of all?
