Street Style, New York: 20 stunning snaps captured on the last day of NYFW
As we say adieu to New York Fashion Week, we can’t help but feel the post-show blues. Luckily, London Fashion Week is already off and is restarting sartorial engines. After a long (but amazing) week of viewing Spring 2015 collections, street style stars were spotted trading in their sky high heels and platforms for comfier options such as oxfords, mules and Birks.
Spotted outside Calvin Klein we couldn’t help but notice Eva Chen’s polka dot, off the shoulder Rebecca Minkoff frock and Anna Dello Russo’s standout Christopher Kane LBD. Pulling off a navy leopard print tailored pantsuit, Gary Pepper Girl’s Nicole Warne paired the look with her signature red lip. Giovanna Battaglia too rocked animal print via her tote, making it the perfect accessory alongside her matchy-matchy breezy outfit. While Wednesday’s batch of street style snaps were made up of loud prints, cool muted colours and monochromatic white ensembles took over the streets of New York yesterday. With the weather probably cooling off over on the other side of the pond, we’re willing to bet we’re going to see this minimalist trend carry right into LFW.
