Graphic stripes, blazers and blotted red lipstick come to mind when we try to pin down what makes ‘French girl style’ so timeless, effortless, and distinct. Parisian labels Sandro and Maje, founded by sisters Evelyne Chetrite and Judith Milgrom, which traffic in the gospel of French girl style are now bringing their classic cool to Sherway Gardens in Toronto’s West end, where the two new boutiques will open side-by-side on November 8th.

Sandro will open a 1,427 square foot retail space offering a selection of its effortlessly cool women’s and menswear collections. The brand’s fall/winter 2018 collection includes traditional tailored jackets and trousers mixed with victorian inspired accessories and American street style.

Maje, celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, will occupy  a 1,304 square foot boutique that will provide a shopping experience rooted in the brand’s feminine and glamorous essence. With design features such as real gold leaf wall perimeters, brass fixtures, and felt fabric walls, the new Maje boutique will cater to its VIP audience with plenty of personalized shopping experiences.

Both stores are a part of the labels’ North American expansions, following Toronto stores in Yorkdale and the Eaton Centre.
