What would the VMAs be without Rihanna? The superstar singer belted out her best hits at this year’s MTV VMA’s in an astounding four outfits. Only she could pull off pastel pink hip waders, a fur-trimmed bra, a glamorous silver siren gown and a black bodysuit topped off with a fur stole in the span of three hours and still come out on top. It seems like there’s nothing she can’t wear. It’s even better when her back up dancers become a fashion crew, supporting her right down to the perfectly matched pink corset.

Rihanna rocked out in a head-to-toe millennial pink, layered bodysuit and jumpsuit combo by Hood By Air. If there was any doubt the ’90s are back, this ice cream shade worn by her entire entourage makes it official. She finished off her look with Jacob & Co. earrings, Lydia Courteille rings, Comme des Garcons shoes and Cutler and Gross sunglasses.

Rih’s stylist has a million styling tricks up his sleeve. Slipping a pair of fishnets under her outfit adds another layer of interest with the waistband peeking out above her Alexandre Vauthier pants and showing in her jewelled Manolo Blahnik pumps. A do-rag, fuzzy Rosamosario bra and cargo pockets complete the look.

After wearing a similar style of Vetements boots to Toronto’s OVO Fest, Riri resurrected them again at the VMAs. She’s the only person on the planet who could make hip waders look so covetable.

But for her most glam look of the night, Rihanna went for a floor-dusting Alexandre Vaulthier gown cinched with a wrapped belt. How could Drake resist her when she looked that stunning?
