Since many of us may be looking for something to distract from the fact that winter vaca is over, may we suggest the delightful Pre-Fall collections? Like the amuse-bouche of fashion, Pre-Fall is a time for designers to flex their commercial muscles, while giving us a sneak peek of what’s going to hit runways in T-minus one month. So far it’s looking good: Glamourous magpies are in at Gucci, J.W. Anderson’s shoulders are on steroids, and at Fendi, Karl Lagerfeld, the man who once proclaimed that sweatpants were a sign of “giving up on life,” is now championing ultra-fuzzy platform slippers and bathrobe coats. Heyo!

But since these beauties don’t hit stores until May, we’re giving you ways to opt for the looks---now. Farewell mid-January outfit slump!
