Last night, Pink Tartan dealt us one more card in the Toronto Fashion Week deck by showing its Fall 2016 collection a few days post-tents at Holt Renfrew’s Bloor Street flagship. For the first time ever, the collection was available for pre-order right after the show, which was just cause for the ladies who lunch to show up at dinnertime with manicured hands ready to rifle through the racks of furs (both faux and real), vibrant separates and architectural blazers. PT designer Kimberley Newport-Mimran launched another first as well last night, bags---of the structured shoulder variety, styled for the show with an accent rabbit’s tail.
