Nostalgia alert: Club Monaco brings back the crest sweatshirt

Back in the day, logo sweatshirts ruled. Beaver Canoe, Coconut Joe, et al. were de rigueur at my London, Ontario elementary school and the brand you wore determined your social status. By the time I hit high school, top spot in the caf had gone to Club Monaco and their crest-emblazoned sweatshirt. Gone from store shelves for over a decade, this classic piece of collegiate wear has returned a Club near you. (If near you means Toronto Eaton Centre, Yorkdale Shopping Centre, Robson Street or Pacific Centre in Vancouver or Eaton Metrotown in Burnaby.) If nostalgia can be bought, then $79 for the crew neck sweatshirt--the tee goes for $29, the hoodie is $89--is as safe a bet as any to relive your youth.
