Nordstrom Rack is Coming to Canada

Luxury retailer Nordstrom entered the Canadian market in 2015, but FASHION has learned that Nordstrom Rack, the brand’s discount offshoot, will be opening in six locations in Canada in 2018. The first location will open in Toronto’s Vaughan Mills on March 22nd, followed by Deerfoot Meadows in Calgary on April 26, Toronto’s One Bloor West on May 3, as well as locations in Edmonton, Mississauga and Ottawa later in the fall. The store at One Bloor West will be the largest announced to date, at 38,600 square feet split over two levels.
Nordstrom Rack offers clothing from top brands available at subterranean discounts as low as 70% off. A total of 48 of the 50 brands regularly available at Nordstrom are sold at Nordstrom Rack, making it one of the best places to score designer goods that probably cost less than your average phone bill. We’ll be combing the racks come opening day for old Rick Owens andChloé, as well as all the off-season Gucci we can find. Here’s betting they’ll become our go-to for extreme bargains and unexpected fashion finds.
