New York street style: Neutral party

You’ve probably heard: Neutral hues are in this fall. We like the way this streeter layers on the browns and creams, without grabbing the season’s neutral standby--the camel coat. (Not that we have any problem with those, mind.) The long skirt, booties and frilly socks have a Road to Avonlea vibe, but the cropped waistcoat is most certainly modern day.
