We give props to any celebrity who takes time out of pre-Oscars week to make it out to New York Fashion Week in subzero temps, especially those up for awards. Exhibit A: Julianne Moore. While we would think the Academy Award nominee would be prepping for the biggest night in showbiz, the superwoman (alongside Dakota Johnson) came out to support Jason Wu at the Boss runway show in an A+ look instead.
Fashion shows are always more fun with BFFs, especially when you both happen to be gracing Vogue’s cover. Joined at the hip, Karlie Kloss and Taylor Swift sat front row at the much-anticipated Oscar de la Renta show. Meanwhile, a mid-week Fendi party drew the likes of Hailee Steinfeld, Sofia Coppola and more. But if we were naming the one show with the most star-studded attendees, nothing beats Kanye West’s Adidas Originals presentation, which included Rihanna, Beyoncé, Jay-Z and doting wife Kim Kardashian.
But out of all the celebs that trekked out to the shows, it was Blake Lively’s first public appearance since December that made our jaws drop. The actress/lifestyle guru had only given birth to a baby girl a couple of months ago, and she’s already made a comeback (a stunning one, of course) at both Gabriela Cadena and Marchesa’s Fall 2015 shows.
Still not convinced that New York Fashion Week is the starriest of all? From It girls like Alexa Chung and Olivia Palermo to red carpet darlings Kate Hudson and Sarah Jessica Parker, we prove you wrong with a round-up of our 24 fave front row celebs at the Fall 2015 shows.
