Stretching their imagination beyond basic blue, designers are taking denim in wild new directions. We’ve fallen for fall’s waxed, flocked, printed and metallic, but glow-in-the-dark? What we first thought was pure kitsch, turns out to be an innovative new treatment. Canadian brand Naked & Famous Denim, known for their devotion to premium raw Japanese denim, have come out with a new women’s line that includes a pair that lights up the night. Sold with a mini black light pointer, you can scrawl glowing green messages and designs across your pants. Given em a glow.
