If you weren’t blinded by all the glitz and glam at last night’s MTV Movie Awards, you probably noticed the A-list stars were all about the flashy attire on the red carpet. Exhibit A: Emma Watson. Picking up MTV’s first-ever gender neutral Best Actor award, the Beauty and the Beast actress donned an LBD from Australian sustainable luxury brand, Kitx, which featured giant shimmery paillettes made from recycle plastics.

But when it came to who shone the brightest on the red carpet, it’s a toss-up between Allison Williams and Taraji P. Henson. While the Girls star turned heads in a multi-coloured sequinned dress, we bow down to Empire‘s queen who dropped jaws with her futuristic Emilio Pucci dress. And if you’re keeping track of all the celebrity teens who dress better than you, add Yara Shahidi to the list. After arriving in head-to-toe Gucci Spring 2017, which consisted of a renaissance-inspired, floral-embroidered top and a disco-worthy skirt, the Black-ish actress ended the night with another look from the Italian designer house, but this time a sweet monochromatic dress , complete with squeaky-clean white sneakers.

Meanwhile, Zendaya glided onto the red carpet in an embroidered Zuhair Murad dress and a bob, once again proving why she’s a true red carpet superstar.

From Cara Delevingne’s sexy LBD to Millie Bobby Brown’s white cowboy boots, here are the eight celebs who stole the spotlight on the 2017 MTV Movie Awards red carpet.
