Milan: Early-morning dominatrixes at Dsquared

Carmen Kass opened and closed the Dsquared show, where models descended from an elevator shaft in dominatrix wear--hardcore black leather and chains, feathers, red lips and latex! At 9 a.m.  Feeling fresher were their  boxy charcoal suits and camel fox furs. Gold-medal snowboarder Shaun White was front row!
