We’ve had our eye on Toronto-based label Markoo for a few seasons now, which makes the fact that we’re 100% behind the Spring 2015 collection no surprise. Designers Tania Martins and Mona Koochek have harnessed the downtown vibes once again, delivering “next level staples for a woman’s closet” that are simultaneously chic and ultra-wearable, with bits of plastic thrown into the ultra-cool mix. Yup, plastic---sandwiched between layers of men’s shirting, paper-esque Japanese cotton and crepe georgette, no less! And wearable to boot. Seriously---As the current owner of this bangin’ dress, I can vouch.
