Proudly reigning as the second-oldest luxury fashion house in the world, Loewe is celebrating 180 years of designer craftsmanship. Such a rare milestone calls for an equally special celebration, and the brand is doing just that. Loewe has channelled its signature playful sophistication into a commemorative capsule collection, paired with a stylish campaign shot by Talia Chetrit and a limited-edition publication released as part of Issue 11 of Loewe Magazine.

Tracing its roots back to Madrid, Loewe has grown from a humble workshop into a leading creative force in the world of luxury. A long legacy of leather artisanship—and royal backing—has shaped the house we know and love today. Witness to defining historical moments and global cultural shifts, Loewe has never wavered in its skilful craftsmanship or high-quality ethos.
The campaign film captures this rich history in the present moment, pulling iconic vintage pieces dating back to the 1970s and pairing them with new designs that reimagine classic silhouettes. Featuring acclaimed names including Kara Wai, GISELLE, Julia Garner, Kara Walker, Salma Abu Deif and Sissy Spacek, the project places star power at the heart of its creative vision. As the debut collection from directors Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, it takes an ambitious approach to preserving Loewe’s artistic genius and technical mastery.

Available now in-store and online, the capsule collection includes a range of bags, small leather goods and ready-to-wear, designed to connect intentionally back to the foundation of the house. The standout piece is the reinvented Amazona 180, which features the brand’s signature lion motifs in the interior lining and a meticulously polished exterior. It’s a modern take on a timeless classic.
With nearly two centuries of craft as its foundation, Loewe continues to change the game and secure its bright future.
