The First Glimpse of the Toronto Condo Designed by Karl Lagerfeld

Karl Lagerfeld hinted at a neutral palette and lots of books when he visited Toronto in April 2015 to announce his design collaboration with Freed Developments and Capital Developments for the Art Shoppe Lofts + Condos at Yonge and Eglinton. He didn’t disappoint. While not yet complete, the lobbies designed by Kaiser Karl are finally starting to take shape. Renderings of the project should definitely be added to your home inspo Pinterest board because the sleek, minimal spaces are certainly putting Yonge and Eg on the fashion map.

Here’s hoping Karl makes a return visit for the ribbon cutting ceremony.
