Jason Wu’s new accessories line will be available at the Bay

Inspired by “old Hollywood glamour” the collection includes three handbags and four shoes in a myriad of textures and fabrics including baby calf, Karung lizard and Nile perch fish. Of the pieces, Wu told Vogue.com, “I’m a firm believer that fashion should be fun.” (Check back tomorrow for runway pics.)

Wu must have kept that in mind as he created his line’s new logo, an adorable owl named Miss Wu,“Now that the collection has fully developed, it is time to introduce an iconic figure to the brand,” he told the New York Times.

Miss Wu will appear on the new accessories as well as ready-to-wear, knitwear and eyewear.
