Celebrity Stylist Jamie Mizrahi is Named Juicy Couture’s New Creative Director

Juicy Couture, and those baby pink track suits, is being resurrected. Now you’re probably thinking, no one wants to look like Regina George’s mom circa 2004, but with the rise of athleisure and the Hadid sisters’ love affair with sweats, the velour tracksuit is ripe for a comeback.

Yesterday, celebrity stylist Jamie Mizrahi (a.k.a. Katy Perry’s stylist) was named as the new Creative Director. Given her showbiz connections, we’re guessing the line will be a hit with the Hollywood set in no time.

Already high on collabs with Urban Outfitters and Vetements, Juicy Couture’s reputation is evolving. And the styles are too. New shapes, new patterns and new colours are bringing the brand firmly into 2017.

Mizrahi is expected to release her first collection at New York Fashion Week in September.
