I have always thought that shoes make the outfit, no matter which season we’re in. So when I want to show off some fab footwear, I’ll make them the unexpected part of an ensemble. With the transition from summer to fall, I’ve paired a hefty dose of layering and a cozy knit with these killer pumps and stockings.
