H&M x Mantsho is Officially Available To Buy In Canada Today

BRB, just filling my cart...

H&M x Mantsho, the summer’s most highly anticipated collaboration, is hitting stores today.

Announced back in April, Pernilla Wohlfahrt, H&M’s Assortment Manager for Collaborations and Special Collections said of the pairing, “We love how [Mantsho] works with colour, print and silhouettes enhancing the female shape in a flattering and playful way.”

The label was started by South African designer Palesa Mokubung in 2004 and the brand name means ‘black is beautiful’. It is the first African label to design a collection under the high street giant’s famed collaboration umbrella.

H&M’s designer collaborations began back in 2004 with Karl Lagerfeld and have had consistently excited and enticed customers in the years since. The likes of Isabel Marant, Balmain, Kenzo and Alexander Wang have all designed collections for the brand.

Mantsho’s 34-piece collection features the brand’s signature bold prints and flattering silhouettes. We’ll also be adding all earrings to cart immediately. See some of the key looks below:

H&M also announced today that it has teamed up with British brand Richard Allen on a womenswear collection that is due to hit stores at the end of the month. Inspired by London in the 1960s, the collection features an array of eye-catching prints which have been sourced from the brand’s archives. The prints adorn pleated skirts and fluid midi dresses, as well as an array of chic scarves. Perfect to usher in the start of Fall, no?

H&M x Mantsho is available in Canada online at Hm.ca and in Toronto at the Eaton Centre from today. The Richard Allan womenswear collection will be available in-stores and online from the end of August.
