Giorgio Armani’s diffusion chain, A/X Armani Exchange (armaniexchange.com), is finally setting up shop in Toronto, with new locations that just opened at the Eaton Centre, Yorkdale and Vaughan Mills.
More than just your average, run-of-the-mill store, the new A/X boutiques look like spaces straight out of Architectural Digest. With ten-foot high video walls projecting images of their stylish separates, polished, porcelain-tile floors and spotlight lamps that make you feel like you’re on the catwalk, you may just expect a glass of bubbly next time you’re shopping for a moderately-priced tee.
