For the 50th anniversary of Jean-Luc Godard‘s French New Wave masterpiece Breathless, Rodarte is releasing a line of T-shirts inspired by the film. 1960s fashion photographer Brian Duffy has passed away at the age of 76. A member–along with David Bailey and Terrence Donovan–of the photography trio the “Black Trinity,” Duffy was quoted saying: “Before 1960, a fashion photographer was tall, thin and camp. But we three are different: short, fat and heterosexual.” [Vogue UK]
The controversial “Eat Less” T-shirt has just been pulled from UrbanOutfitters.com. The gray V-neck with the words “Eat Less” scrawled across the chest has, needless to say, raised some eyebrows, but it has yet to be pulled from UO shelves. [Fashion indie]
