Montreal’s Erdem Moralioglu beat out stiff competition from Christopher Kane, Marios Schwab and Nicholas Kirkwood to will the inaugural British Fashion Council/Vogue Fashion Fund award. The award comes with a £200,000 (about CAD$310,000) prize. [Vogue UK]

After designing women’s clothing for the past 30 years, Jackie Rogers is returning to menswear–where she started–revealing an eight-look collection in a runway presentation at her Madison Avenue store.
