Dispatch from Milan: Mark Fast’s clubby collabo with Italian retailer Pinko
Between two of my favorite Milan experiences (the Prada show and my beloved bowl of spaghetti rosa), I hobbled over to the hopping Brera District to congratulate fellow Canuck Mark Fast on his brand spanking new collaboration with Italian retailer Pinko (sort of like an Italian Bebe) that will be in stores for spring.
I say “hobbled” because there is just no chic way to describe walking in heels on cobblestones after a full day of shows). Fast’s clubby capsule collection of sexy, body conscious mettalic knits, sporty anoraks, sparkly jewellery and patent and metallic shoes was so hot that by the time I got there someone had already made off with the mannequin’s knuckle duster rings.
