Dispatch from Milan: Easy does it at Fendi

Buh-bye to short, tight and aggressive. Spring’s big message is shaping up to be “easy does it” and what’s ruling the runways now is anything long, lean, loose,  languid and light!

Fendi‘s gorgeous collection was a perfect example of this new feeling: There were sun-drenched, happy colour combos, like blush mixed with salmon, emerald mixed with turquoise, plus single shots of mauve and tomato red...all in light-as-air silks and and techno fabrics. But oh, the bags! The stunning, structured and classic shapes in vibrant blocks of colour are sure to be on every It list.
