While we can officially say hello to 2015, we can’t quite bid adieu to last year without rounding up our favourite celebrity New Year’s Eve looks.

All eyes were naturally on the annual Dick Clark New Years Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest blowout, with a stellar lineup of Fergie and One Direction joining headliner Taylor Swift. The singer braved the cold serenading the crowd with “Welcome to New York” dressed in her usual crop-top/high-waist uniform. But no New Year’s outfit is complete without some glitzy additions. T-Swift teamed her all-black outfit with custom-made sparkly black booties and a silver blazer that (coincidentally?) matched her microphone. Iggy Azalea and Meghan Trainor too opted for the bedazzling ensembles, fitting for the annual occasion. While Azalea teamed a metallic blazer with her go-to sleek pantsuit as of late, Trainor worked a flirty dress that consisted of a sweetheart neckline and bejewelled bodice.

The biggest party of the year may have been in NYC’s Times Square, but it looked like on the other side of the world, Dubai, hosted quite the cool kids party. Selena Gomez welcomed 2015 with a glitzy group of models, which included BFFs Kendall Jenner, Chanel Iman and Gigi Hadid. While the singer/actress played #twinsies with Hadid in matching mini dresses, Jenner and her designer bestie, designer Olivier Rousteing made us wonder if Balmain cast the wrong Kardashian for its Spring 2015 ad.
