Every time Lisa Rinna wears an over-the-top ensemble, she’s gifting the world with another unexpected performance. “Remember, I’m an actor,” Rinna told writer Jennifer Berry during her March 2025 cover interview. “And we never get enough opportunities to really express ourselves.
