Head-to-toe neutral might be trending on the runways but it seems that we couldn’t help but notice that when it came to this weekend’s various red carpets, our favourite stars were leaving subtle at the door.
At Teen Vogue‘s Young Hollywood party in Los Angeles we spotted Sarah Hyland looking darling in a graphic >DKNY dress as well as Bella Thorne in a pair of cool Emporio Armani culottes. Also at the event was Hailee Steinfeld who opted for a dark Mary Kantrantzou dress with subtle beading at the neckline. At the New York Film Festival, Reese Witherspoon attended the Gone Girl premiere looking chic in a red slim fit Calvin Klein dress, while Jessica Alba wore a striped crop top and high wasted black pants to the Global Citizen festival. One of our favourite looks of the weekend was seen on Girls actress Allison Williams who switched up her usual girly dress ensemble for a sporty vibe in matching Vionnet separates. Of course we can’t forget the celebrities spotted at Paris Fashion Week, including Ciara in a snakeskin printed Givenchy dress and Olivia Palermo who looked flawless in a window-pane printed Chloé dress.
