The week in celebrity style: See who made our best dressed list
While Johnny Depp may have made the biggest headlines at this weekend’s Hollywood Film Awards, let’s not forget the real news: a red carpet featuring everyone from Kristen Stewart to Keira Knightley. Heralded as the unofficial start to awards season, the event brought out the best of the best, including Reese Witherspoon who looked fresh in a colourblock pleated J.Mendel dress. Gone Girl breakout star Emily Ratajkowski was also a standout in a black Diane von Furstenberg black jumpsuit. A stylish undercurrent is usually easy to spot at awards shows, but we couldn’t help but do a double take at the similarities between Stewart’s Chanel and Jenna Dewan-Tatum‘s Reem Acra dresses, both adorned with silver chainmail-like detailing. Could body armour be the next red carpet trend?
Also making an appearance on our list is Angelina Jolie, who attended the world premiere of her film Unbroken in Sydney wearing a strapless Gucci gown with lace overlay.
