Given that they are only one week apart, the Venice Film Festival ends up being a preview of what we can expect at TIFF — celebrity style wise. And from the look of things, A-listers were all about the shimmer and shine. Emma Stone kicked off the festivities shining bright in Versace at the La La Land premiere (although it was her slip dress at the after-party that really turned heads). And while Dakota Fanning dazzled in a crystal-embellished Miu Miu gown, Amy Adams looked like a million bucks in a gold, disco ball-inspired gown at the premiere of the Tom Ford-directed film Nocturnal Animals.
Meanwhile, in non-film festival news, Rihanna also got in on the glitzy action. The singer paired her Maison Margiela sweatshirt-and-trackpant combo with blue sequinned Manolo Blahnik pumps while running errands in New York City. #goals
