It’s almost hard to believe that Ines de la Fressange, the French fashion icon, hasn’t already collaborated with Petit Bateau. The classic brand, best known for their Breton striped tops (aka marinieres), is as much a part of the quintessential French stereotype as baguettes and berets. It was announced this week that Fressange’s collab with the line drops this November and is set to include 6 women’s styles, kids clothing and a bag.
In honour of the Breton stripe (and to tide us over until we can get our hands on the new Petit Bateaus), we’ve rounded up our favourite striped tops to boost our budding collection. Afterall, you can always use another striped tee.
