Ruffles and shoulders---that’s pretty much all you need to kill this look. The Latin vibe is full of both those things, and it was all over the runways this season. The Latin vibe is flirty and feminine, with off-the-shoulder tops, full sleeves, major ruffles and slits galore. Colourful stripes, hoop earrings and chunky sandals help turn up the Southern heat.

In this case, I opted for a loose silky tank, a structured blazer, neutral platforms and a classic black clutch. I chose a statement necklace to anchor the top of the outfit, which also picks up the subtle gold hardware on the clutch.
