When Toronto Fashion Week folded in July, the fashion community cried out with concern, but quietly, they had to know something would fill the void. Cue the #FashionCAN at Yorkdale Showcase which unfolded over two days this week and gave a multi-platform view on Canadian design with runway presentations, a pop-up shop and post-show conversations. And judging from these 43 backstage pictures Canadian fashion is alive and well.
